Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair
Removal
1. Remove the under cover (A).
2. Loosen the engine coolant drain plug (A) for draining.
3. Remove the air duct (A).
4. Disconnect the reservoir hose (A).
5. Disconnect the radiator upper hose (A) and the lower hose (B).
6. Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector (A).
7. Remove the radiator grill upper cover (A).
8. Remove the radiator brackets (A) and mounting bolts (B).
9. Push down the radiator assembly and pull it up for removal because there is a clip (A) shown as below.
Installation
1. Install the radiator assembly with the condenser.
2. Install the radiator brackets (A) by mounting bolts (B).
3. Install the radiator grill upper cover (A).
4. Connect the cooling fan motor connector (A).
5. Connect the radiator upper hose (A) and the lower hose (B).
6. Connect the reservoir hose (A).
7. Install the air duct (A).
8. Tighten the engine coolant drain plug (A) and refill engine coolant.
9. Install the under cover (A).
