General Description

The purpose of this function is to indicate brake fuse failure. After IGN1 "ON", the stop lamp fuse failure is detected.
In IGN1 "ON" state, When a brake fuse failure has detected (Stop lamp fuse failed = ON), Indicator lamp is turned ON.
The present failure is cleared by fault manager, if the failure condition no longer exists.






DTC Description

The BCM sets DTC BRAKE FUSE OPEN if the BCM detects an open circuit in the brake lamp fuse.
