Hood Latch: Adjustments

ADJUSTMENT

HOOD LATCH
1. Check that the hood can be closed easily and properly. If there is a problem, loosen the latch mounting bolts and adjust the hood by moving the latch vertically or horizontally.

Tightening torque :
7 - 11 Nm (0.7 - 1.1 kg-m, 5 - 8 lb-ft)





2. Adjust the front offset of the hood to the body by moving the hood over slam bumper vertically.
