Yaw Rate Sensor: Service and Repair

YAW-RATE SENSOR

Yaw-Rate Sensor Components:

REMOVAL

1. Remove the center console.
2. Remove the yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor mounting bolt.





3. Disconnect the yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor connector.





INSTALLATION

1. Connect the yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor connector.
2. Install the yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor.

Tightening torque:
Yaw-rate & lateral acceleration sensor mounting bolt 8-10 N.m (0.8-1.0 kgf.m, 5.6-6.9 lb-ft)

3. Install the center console.
