Headliner: Service and Repair

Roof Trim:

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove front pillar trim.




1. Remove front door opening weatherstrip
2. Remove front pillar trim blanking cover.




3. Remove front pillar trim screw(1).

2. Remove center pillar lower trim.




1. Remove front door scuff trim.




2. Remove rear door scuff trim.




3. Remove rear door opening weatherstrip.




4. Remove center pillar lower trim.

3. Remove center pillar upper trim.




1. Remove front seat belt upper anchor bolt(1).

Tightening torque:
40 - 55 N.m (4.0 - 5.5 Kg.m, 28.9 - 39.8 Ib.ft)

2. Remove center pillar upper trim blanking cover.




3. Remove center pillar upper trim screws(2).
4. Unfasten center pillar upper trim from body frame.

4. Remove rear pillar trim.
1. Remove rear pillar trim blanking cover.




2. Remove rear pillar trim screw(1).

5. Remove sunvisor(LH).




1. Remove sunvisor pivot mounting cover, and then remove sunvisor screws(2).
2. Disconnect sunvisor connector.
3. Remove sunvisor clamp screw(1), and then remove sunvisor clamp.

6. Remove sunvisor(RH).
7. Remove assist handle.




1. Remove assist handle bolts(2).

8. Remove over head console lamp.




1. Remove over head console lamp from roof trim.
2. Disconnect over head console lamp connector.

9. Remove room lamp.
1. Remove room lamp lens with screwdriver.




2. Remove room lamp bolts(2).
3. Disconnect room lamp connector.

10. Remove headlining assembly.




1. Remove headlining fasteners(3).
2. Disconnect headlining connector.

11. Install in reverse order of removal.
