Hood Latch: Adjustments

HOOD LATCH




1. Check that the hood can be closed easily and properly. If there is a problem, loosen the latch mounting bolts and adjust the hood by moving the latch vertically or horizontally.

Tightening torque:
7 - 11 N.m (0.7 - 1.1 Kg.m, 5.1 - 8.0 Ib.ft)

2. Adjust the front offset of the door to the body by moving the hood latch vertically.
