Warning Lamp Activation
WARNING LAMP ACTIVATION1. Warning Lamp Behavior after ignition ON
SRSCM provides different warning lamp blinking services to indicate the history of SRSCM. There are three different warning lamp blinking modes that notice the status of fault condition in SRSCM such as No fault presents, Sporadic fault, active fault.
1. No Sporadic and Active fault in SRSCM
If SRSCM runs without any sporadic/active fault during entire lifetime, warning lamp will indicate "No fault present" with warning lamp blinking to the drivers after every ignition of vehicle.
2. Sporadic/active fault stored in SRSCM
If SRSCM store any active fault and sporadic during last ignition cycle, SRSCM will indicate Active/sporadic condition by using warning lamp blinking to the drivers separately.
2. Warning Lamp behavior while SRSCM operates.
While SRSCM is in operation mode, warning lamp will be turned on or off depending on the actual status of faults. As shown in the figure, warning lamp will be illuminated if fault is qualified as active status. If the active fault becomes sporadic, then warning lamp will be switched off immediately.
