Removal and Replacement

Sun Roof:

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. To remove the sunroof, first remove the following parts:
1. Overhead console lamp.
2. Sunvisor and assist grip handle.
3. Pillar trims.
4. Headlining assembly.

2. Remove sunroof glass.
1. Remove decoration cover.




2. Remove sunroof glass mounting screws (6).

Tightening torque:
2 - 4 N.m (0.2 - 0.4 Kg.m, 1.5 - 2.9 Ib.ft)




3. Disconnect drain hoses.




4. Remove sunroof assembly.
1. Remove bolt and nut.

Tightening torque:
7 - 9 N.m (0.7 - 0.9 Kg.m, 5.1 - 6.5 Ib.ft)

NOTE: When removing the sunroof assembly, carefully pull out the sunroof assembly to avoid damage to the other parts.
