Trunk / Liftgate Hinge: Adjustments

TRUNK LID HINGE




1. Check that the trunk lid can be closed easily and properly. If there is a problem, open the trunk lid and tighten the trunk lid hinge mounting bolts.

Tightening torque:
22 - 27 N.m (2.2 - 2.7 Kg.m, 15.9 - 19.5 Ib.ft)




2. To adjust the trunk lid - to - body offset, loosen the trunk lid hinge mounting bolts and make the adjustment.
