DTC B1430 Side Airbag [Rear-Driver] Resistance too Low

DESCRIPTION

The Rear Side Airbag circuit consists of the SRSCM and two Side Airbags (SAB). The SRSCM sets above DTC(s) if it detects that the resistance of SAB squib is too high or low.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

WARNING: NEVER attempt to measure the circuit resistance of the airbag module (squib) even if you are using the specified tester, otherwise the module may deploy accidentally.
