Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

EXHAUST MANIFOLD

COMPONENT:





REMOVAL
1. Remove the engine cover (A).





2. Disconnect the front oxygen sensor connector.
3. Remove the front muffler heat protector (A).
Tightening torque: 7.8 - 11.8 Nm (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 ft. lbs.)
4. Remove the front muffler (B).





5. Remove the stay (A) of the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter assembly.





6. Remove the heat protector (A).





7. Remove the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter assembly (A).





8. Installation is in the reverse order of removal
