Incorporate valve cover design changes, effective 4/15/04. If an engine long block replacement is required, it will also be equipped with the new style valve covers built after 4/15/04. See below for explanation of design change:
^ Blow-by hose and fitting of the cylinder head assembly (LH/RH sides) have been removed.
^ Drain pipe has been added on the cylinder head cover assembly (LH side)
