Removal and Replacement
4 DOORHigh-mounted brake lights
Removal
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Open rear door.
3. Remove two screws that attach cover; remove cover.
4. Remove two bolts that attach light assembly to vehicle.
5. Disconnect electrical connector from light assembly; remove light assembly.
Installation
1. Remove cover from new light assembly.
2. Position new light assembly on package tray assembly.
3. Install two screws attaching light to vehicle.
4. Install cover and secure with two screws.
5. Connect negative battery cable.
5 DOOR
High-mounted brake lights
Removal
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Open rear hatch.
3. Remove two nets and two fasteners that attaching light assembly to vehicle.
4. Disconnect electrical connector from light assembly; remove light assembly.
Installation
1. Position light assembly.
2. Install two nuts and two fasteners attaching light to vehicle.
3. Connect electrical Connector.
4. Connect negative battery cable.
