Transmission Temperature Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection

ATF temperature sensor
Resistance inspection
1. Remove air cleaner and fresh air duct.





2. Connect ohmmeter between terminals 5 and 8.
3. Measure resistance while warming up ATF (driving vehicle).

4. Verify that the resistance drops as shown in following table and graph.
