DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES DIAGNOSIS

Retrieving diagnostic trouble codes
1. Connect Scan Tool to OBD-II DLC (Data Link Connector). OBD-II DLC is located below left side of instrument panel, near center console.
2. Start engine.
3. Refer to the Hi-scan tool Instruction manual and retrieve any DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).
4. Refer to Diagnostic trouble codes. Inspect and repair any applicable condition, as instructed.
5. When no further codes are retrieved, proceed to After repair procedure.
Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
