Headlight Light Assembly

Removal
1. Open hood. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove front bumper. Refer to "Front bumper".
3. Remove four bolts from headlight assembly.




4. Pull headlight assembly forward clear of vehicle.
5. Rotate back cover counterclockwise to disengage from light assembly.




6. Pull socket with bulb straight out of headlight assembly.

Installation
1. With bulb installed in socket, align grooves of socket with bosses on headlight assembly and insert socket into headlight assembly.
2. Align back cover with headlight assembly and install, turning clockwise until properly engaged.
3. Position headlight assembly on vehicle and install four bolts.

Tighten headlight assembly bolts to 52 - 74 lb.in (7 - 10 N.m, 70 - 100 kg.cm)

4. Connect electrical connector to headlight assembly.
5. Instal front bumper. Refer to "Front bumper".
6. Connect negative battery cable.
