Some Rio's with production dates prior to October, 2000 may exhibit a transient whistling noise at the left or right front doors. The whistling noise is noticeable at speeds above 55mph especially when crosswinds are present.

If there are complaints, replace the [1][2]front door weatherstrip with part number 0K30A 59 760C (left side), or 0K30A 58 760C (right side). The diagram indicates the change to the weatherstrip.
