Originally, different (left & right) rear brake adjuster assemblies were used on (drum brake equipped) Sephias and Spectras. P/N's: 0K201 26 650 for RH, and 0K201 26 660 for LH.

Apart from being mirror images of themselves (and the different finish on part of the assembly, see photo) the parts were identical.

In production, KMC has been installing the adjuster with P/N 0K201 26 660 (previously identified as Left Hand model) on both sides for some time now. This is possible by installing it upside down (on the right side).

The RH version is therefore no longer available. The parts system has been updated so that orders for either LH or RH will result in delivery of the LH model (P/N 0K201 26 660). Should you need to replace a RH adjuster, use P/N 0K201 26 660, simply by installing it upside down (when compared to LH side).
