INSPECTION





1. Verify that clearance from floor to center of the pedal pad is as specified when pedal is pressed with a force of about 132 lb (65 Kg).

Pedal to floor clearance:
Minimum: 2.75 inch (70.0 mm)

2. If clearance is less than required, check for the following.
a. Air in brake system.
b. Malfunctioning automatic adjuster (rear brake drums).
