Preliminary Check: Check condition of P/WIND RH and P/WIND LH fuses. If fuse is open, locate and repair source of overload. Replace fuse. Verify battery voltage (12 V) at P/WIND RH and P/WIND LH fuses. If no battery voltage, check battery and fuse box.
