SERVICE TIP:

To correct the glove box latch breakage problem experienced on 1998 Sephia models, the shape of the release lever and thickness of the pivot mounting hole were changed. These changes were effective from 4/30/98 production. All replacement latches from the Parts department should be improved parts.
