Fluid - M/T: Testing and Inspection

NOTICE: Park the vehicle on level ground.

1. Disconnect the connector and remove the vehicle speed sensor.
2. Remove the 10 mm bolt and remove the speedometer driven gear. Do not lose the plastic insert.





3. Verify that the oil level is between the top and the middle of the driven gear assembly.
4. Install the speedometer driven gear.





5. Install the vehicle speed sensor and connector.
