Bearing Cover Assembly Overhaul

DISASSEMBLY
Bearing Outer Race

NOTE: Disassemble in the order shown.





1. Remove the bearing outer race with a pin punch and hammer as shown.

INSPECTION
1. Inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary.

ASSEMBLY
Bearing Outer Race

NOTE: Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.





1. Press the bearing outer race into the cover.

Oil Seal





1. Press the new oil seal into the bearing cover with the SST (or equivalent).
