Transmission Temperature Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection

RESISTANCE

1. Connect the ohmmeter between terminals 2 and 6 of connector C 176.
2. Measure the resistance while warming up the ATF (driving the vehicle).

3. Verify that the resistance drops as shown.
4. If not as specified, replace the transaxle fluid temperature sensor and connector wiring as assembly
