Shift Interlock Solenoid: Testing and Inspection

TERMINAL VOLTAGE CONTINUITY
1. Remove the front and rear console, refer to FRONT AND REAR CONSOLE.





NOTICE: Disconnect connector C307 when checking continuity between terminal 2 (harness side) and ground.





2. Shift the selector lever to P range, and check terminal voltages and continuity, referring to the chart.
3. If not as specified, repair the wire harness and/or replace the shift-lock actuator.
4. Install the front and rear console, refer to FRONT AND REAR CONSOLE.





5. Verify correct operation of the shift-lock system.
