Compressor Clutch Relay: Description and Operation

If the engine coolant exceeds a certain temperature, the powertrain control module (PCM) sends a signal triggering the cut-out relay and shutting off the A/C system. It is found in the blower evaporator assembly. It is a replaceable item. Refer to the 1997 Sephia Electrical Troubleshooting Manual for further information.
