Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Testing and Inspection

Inspection

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the MAF sensor connector.





3. With an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals 3 and 4 of the MAF sensor.

Resistance: 2.21-2.69 ohms 68°F (20°C)

4. If not as specified, replace the MAF sensor (see above).
5. Connect the MAF sensor connector
