Checking the Hydraulic Pressure

1. Start the engine.
2. Depress the brake pedal with the specified force when the vacuum reaches 19.7 in Hg (500 mmHg).
3. If the fluid pressure is within specification, the unit is operating correctly.
^ With pedal force at 44 lbs. (22 kg) the fluid pressure should be 171 psi (1,177 kPa).
