Without ABS

CAUTION: Do not allow brake fluid to contact painted surfaces. If it does, rinse with water and wipe off immediately.





REMOVAL
Remove in the order shown in the figure, noting the following:
- Disconnect the brake lines from the master cylinder with a flare nut wrench.





INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:
- Tighten the mounting nuts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
- Tighten the brake line flare nuts to 13-22 Nm (9-16 ft. lbs.).
- Add brake fluid, bleed brakes and check for fluid leakage.
