1. Completely lower the window and remove the door trim.

2. Remove (and keep) the three (3) screws securing the outside mirror to the door.

3. Remove the mirror from the door and disconnect the electrical connector (if equipped).





4. Remove (and keep) the inner door release handle screw and the hand cup retaining screw.





5. Using a suitable trim panel tool (similar to Snap-on tool number A177A) carefully release the door trim panel clips along the bottom of the trim panel.





6. When all door trim panel clips are released from the door, reach around behind the door trim panel and disconnect all electrical wiring connectors (power window switch, light, etc.) then lift the panel upward and off of the door.

NOTICE
The door release handle will fit through the cut-out in the door trim panel.





7. Carefully pull the plastic vapor barrier away from the front upper corner to expose the access hole for the glass guide.

NOTICE
Do not tear or damage the plastic vapor barrier.





8. Pull the door glass run down at the center and continue forward and backward to the corners.





9. Pull the front and rear corners free and continue down to the bottom of the door frame.

10. Pull the rear section out of the glass guide.





11. Pull the front section up and out of the glass guide.





12. Slide the front vertical portion of the new door glass run down into the door until the end contacts the top front of the window and glass guide.

NOTICE
Spray the lower front section of the door glass run with silicone spray to aid in the installation.





13. Reach inside the glass guide access hole and pull the door glass run down onto the glass guide while pushing it down from the top.

14. Continue to pull the door glass run down, making sure the lower section of the door glass run fits inside the glass guide.





15. Pull the door glass run down until the top front corner is aligned with the top front corner of the door window frame.

16. Push the door glass run onto the forward vertical section of the door window frame up to the top corner.





17. Reach into the door, and push the door glass run onto the glass guide inboard edge along its entire length.





18. Insert the top rear corner of the door glass run into the window frame and push the rear edge into place.

NOTICE
Make sure the upper rear corner is fully seated in the door window frame.

19. Slide the rear bottom portion of the door glass run into the door and push the rear vertical section onto the window frame.





20. Push the top section of the door glass run onto the door window frame, making sure it fits evenly along its entire length.

21. Re-install the plastic vapor barrier and door trim panel in reverse order of removal.

22. Cycle the window up and down several times to ensure smooth/proper operation.
