Brake Warning System-Circuit Testing:

Caution: Be sure that the parking brake Is fully released before testing.

1. Disconnect the connector from the brake fluid level sensor.
2. Connect a jumper wire between the BLU/YEL and BLK terminal (body ground).
3. Turn the ignition switch to ON and check that the BRAKE warning indicator illuminates.
4. If there is no illumination, check the fuse, bulb, and wiring harness.
5. If the brake warning indicator lights, repair/replace parking brake switch or brake fluid level switch.
