1. Remove intake air system in numbered sequence shown in Fig. 5, noting the following:
a. Raise and support vehicle to remove three bolts securing dynamic chamber, Fig. 6

Fig. 7 Intake Manifold Bolt Tightening Sequence:

2. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Tighten all bolts and nuts to specifications.
b. Using sequence shown in Fig. 7, torque intake manifold mounting bolts to 14-19 ft. lbs.
c. Refill radiator with coolant and bleed cooling system.
