Repair Procedures






Replacement

Sunvisor Replacement
1. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the sunvisor (A) and retainer (B).




2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Assist Handle Replacement
1. Remove the covers (A), and remove the screws, then remove the assist handle (B).




2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Overhead Console Replacement
1. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the overhead console assembly (A).




2. Push the lock pin (A), disconnect the connectors (B).




3. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.

Room Lamp Replacement
1. Using a flat-tip screwdriver, remove the cover (A).
2. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the room lamp (B).
3. Disconnect the connector.




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.

Rear Lamp Replacement
1. Using a flat-tip screwdriver, remove the cover (A).




2. After loosening the screws, then remove the rear lamp (A).
3. Disconnect the connector.




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.

Vanity Lamp Replacement
1. Using a flat-tip screwdriver, push the hook (A), remove the vanity lamp (B).




2. Disconnect the connector (A), remove the vanity lamp (B).




3. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Roof Trim Assembly Replacement

NOTE:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1. Remove the following items.
A. Sunvisor.
B. Overhead console.
C. Room lamp.
D. Rain sensor.
E. Assist handle.
2. Disconnect the cover (A) and connector (B), rain sensor (C).




3. Disconnect the wiring connector (A).




4. Push the lock pin (A), disconnect the roof trim main wiring connector (B).




5. Disconnect the clips, then remove the roof trim (A).
6. Disconnect the antenna connector (B).




7. Remove roof trim wiring harness (A) from the roof trim (B).

CAUTION:
- Take care not to damage the roof trim wiring harness (A) when removing.





NOTE:
1. Apply the hot melt continuously when installing the roof trim wiring harness (A) on the roof trim (B) using the hot melt gun tool.
2. Put anti-noise pad (C) on roof trim (B) to prevent the noise.

8. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- Replace any damage clips.
