Transmission Oil Cooler Bypass Valve - Installation

BYPASS VALVE






CAUTION: Do not re-use the O-ring. Apply CVT fluid when installing the O-ring.

1. Install the new O-ring to the bypass valve plate.
2. Install the bypass valve plate to the transmission.
3. Install the four mounting bolts (1) and tighten to 4 Nm (37 in.lbs.).





4. Connect the transmission lines (1) Service and Repair.
5. Install the belly pan Belly Pan - Removal.
6. Install the left front tire . Tires And Wheels - Installation
7. Lower the vehicle Maintenance.
8. Inspect the transmission fluid level. CVT Automatic - Check Oil Level
