Power Steering Cooler - Removal

3.7L AND 4.7L





1. Drain the power steering fluid out of the reservoir.
2. Remove the hood weather-strip seal (2) at the radiator cowl.
3. Remove the 6 grille push pins (1).










4. Remove the reservoir return hose (5) from the cooler.
5. Disconnect the steering gear return line (3) at the gear to cooler.










6. Remove the cooler from the snap in brackets on the a/c condensor.
7. Remove the cooler (2) with hoses (1AND3) from the vehicle.
