None.

Consumables
None.

Mechanical, Electrical and Trim, remove and install:
Hazard triangle/bracket (2 x plastic clips)
Trunk (boot) trim board (8 plastic clips)
Wiring loom trunk (boot)
Trunk (boot) trim chrome handle
Plastic facia trim
Trunk (boot) lock (2 x T40 Torx screws, 1 x 8 mm bolt)
Trunk (Boot) Buffers

MET Tools
8 mm socket
10 mm socket
13 mm socket
3/8" ratchet
Torx screwdriver
T40 Torx bit
Suitable trim tool

Panel Tools
13 mm socket
3/8" drive ratchet
Torque wrench

01. The trunk (boot lid) is a category B bolt on panel. Remove MET items as listed.







02. Wiring loom is disconnected at points indicated.







03. Unbolt Trunk (boot lid) assembly from hinges as indicated (2 x 13 mm nuts per hinge).







04. Remove and fit new panel. Fit and re-trim panel in reverse order.







05. Torque settings:
- Trunk (boot lid) to hinges
(13 mm nuts) 17.5 Nm.

On completion of panel replacement, the following checks should be carried out:
1. Panel gaps (as indicated).
2. Hinge operation.
3. Lock alignment.
4. MET operation.
