B6 Check For Short to B+

B6 CHECK FOR SHORT TO B+





1. Disconnect the harness connector.
2. Turn the ignition to the ON position.
3. With EM007 disconnected, measure the voltage between EM007/052 and EM007/006.
4. Repeat for EM007/053 and EM007/006.

Yes --> GO to [B7] B7 Check Harness Core to Core Insulation
No --> Inspect EM007 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation.
