^ Valve body assembly faulty
^ Transmission faulty

Action(s) to take:
^ GO to [Pinpoint Test H]

Pinpoint test H: P0730, P0780
P0730, P0780

TEST H: RETRIEVE DTCS

NOTE: Battery and or ECM disconnection prior to scanning will erase all data, ensure that the correct DTC is present.

Connect scan tool
Record DTC(s), freeze frame data and
GO to [H2]

H2: RENEW VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY

Renew the valve body assembly
Drive the vehicle for a period from cold to include idle, brisk acceleration and steady state cruising up to and including normal engine temperature. Check for the presence of DTC
^ Has the fault code cleared?

Yes
STOP

No
GO to [H3]

H3: RENEW TRANSMISSION

Renew the transmission
GO to [H4]

H4: END
Drive the vehicle for a period from cold to include idle, brisk acceleration and steady state cruising up to and including normal engine temperature. Check for the presence of DTC
^ Has the fault code cleared?

Yes
STOP

No
