A14: Check For Short to B+

Ignition switch to position O

Disconnect EM010 & EM012
Inside ECM housing

Ignition switch to position II

Measure the voltage between EM010/023 & EM012/015

Is the voltage 0 (zero) V?

Yes
Go to A15 A15: Check For Short to B+

No
Inspect harness/connectors EM010, EM012, & EM021 for corrosion, damaged / pushed back pins. Repair as required and reconnect plug(s).
Go to A18 A18: End
