: DTC B2369: ADAPTIVE SPEED CONTROL CHIME MODULE CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

G240073t25 : CHECK THE POWER SUPPLY TO THE ADAPTIVE SPEED CONTROL CHIME MODULE
1. Disconnect the adaptive speed control chime module electrical connector, IP11.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. Measure the voltage between IP11, pin 01 (WU) and GROUND.

- Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

-> Yes

-> No
REPAIR the circuit between the adaptive speed control chime module and battery. This circuit includes the passenger junction fuse box, (fuse 02). CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.

G240073t26 : CHECK THE ADAPTIVE SPEED CONTROL CHIME MODULE TO ASCCM CIRCUIT FOR HIGH RESISTANCE
1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
3. Disconnect the ASCCM electrical connector, EC23.
4. Measure the resistance between IP11, pin 03 (R) and EC23, pin 06 (R).

- Is the resistance greater than 5 ohms?

-> Yes

REPAIR the high resistance circuit. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.

-> No

G240073t27 : CHECK THE ADAPTIVE SPEED CONTROL CHIME MODULE TO ASCCM CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO B+
1. Reconnect the battery negative terminal.
2. Measure the voltage between IP11 , pin 03 (R) and GROUND.

- Is the voltage greater than 3 volts?

-> Yes

REPAIR the short circuit. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.

-> No

G240073t28 : CHECK THE ADAPTIVE SPEED CONTROL CHIME MODULE TO ASCCM CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND
1. Measure the resistance between IP11, pin 03 (R) and GROUND.

- Is the resistance less than 10,000 ohms?

-> Yes

REPAIR the short circuit. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.

-> No
INSTALL a new adaptive speed control chime module. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
