F5: Check Harness Short to Ground

With EM013, PI015, PI026 & PI027 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM013/027 & in turn

EM013/029

Is the resistance > 10M Ohms?

Yes
Reconnect PI026 & PI027 only
Go to F6

No
Inspect EM013, PI015 & PI001 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS09. Test the system for normal operation
