F4: Check Harness Signal Continuity

Disconnect FC014 and measure the resistance between EM011/006 and FC014/073

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to F5 F5: Check For Short To B+
No
Inspect EM011 and FC014 for corrosion, bent / pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness / connector EM001 / splice EMS28. Test the system for normal operation.
