F3: Check Harness Ground Continuity

With EM010 and EM014 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM010/023 and EM1BR (EM2BR) Repeat for EM014/004 and EM1BR (EM2BR)

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to F4 F4: Check Harness Signal Continuity
No
Inspect EM010 and EM014 for corrosion, bent / pushed back pins or locate and repair harness / splice EMS38. Test the system for normal operation.
