With EM010 disconnected measure the resistance between EM010/023 & ground EM1BR (EM2BR).
Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
Go to E4 E4: End
No
Inspect EM010 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS38.
