E2: Check ECM Ground

With EM014 disconnected measure the resistance between EM014/004 & ground EM1BR (EM2BR)

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to E3 E3: Check ECM Ground

No
Inspect EM014 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS38.
