A9: Check ECM Ground Continuity

With EM014 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM014/010 & ground EM1AR

Is the resistance < 0.5 OHM?

Yes
STOP renew the relay & test the system for normal operation

No
Inspect connectors EM014, splice EMS36 & ground EM1AR for corrosion, damage, bent or pushed back pins & repair as required. Test the system for normal operation
