A13: Check Harness Short to Ground

With EM013 & BT055 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM013/001 & ground BT2AL

Is the resistance > 10 M OHM?

Yes
Do not replace relay or reconnect connectors
Go to A14

No
Inspect connectors EM013, EM002/009, RH001/011, BT002/006 & BT011/010 for corrosion, damage, bent or pushed back pins & repair as required. Test the system for normal operation
