R9: Check Harness Continuity - Relay Coil

With EM014 disconnected measure the resistance between & EM014/001 & relay socket pin 5 Repeat for EM014/002 & relay socket pin 5

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to R10

No
Inspect connectors EM016, EM014 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS20. Test the system for normal operation
