R18: Check Harness Core to Core Insulation

With EM013 disconnected measure the insulation resistance between EM013/014 & EM014/001 Repeat for EM013/014 & EM014/002

Resistances > 10M ohms?

Yes
Go to R19

No
Inspect connectors EM014, EM013 & EM016 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation
