With PI033 connected, measure the voltage between EM014/008 & EM014/005 Repeat for EM014/008 & EM014/006

Is the voltage > 0 (zero)V?

Yes
Inspect connectors EM014, PI033 & PI002 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation
